Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The location is convenient, close to the outlets and easy to reach from the highway, making it perfect for my journey back to Boston. However, the noise from the traffic side of the hotel was quite bothersome. The rooms, while clean and comfortable on the second floor, showed signs of wear and tear, reminding me of a garbage station. The staff was friendly and did their best, but some days they seemed grumpy and unhelpful, especially during breakfast when they ran out of plates and food. The dining experience was decent, with hot and tasty dishes, but the area was often crowded. Pricing was reasonable, although considering the state of the hotel, value for money is debatable.
The hotel offers a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms are nicely set up with thoughtful amenities like a microwave and mini fridge, but noise disturbances can disrupt your evening. The service leaves much to be desired with staff behavior and service quality concerns. The location is convenient for exploring the area, although the property could benefit from some upgrades. The dining experience, while generally satisfactory, has room for improvement in certain aspects.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The location was great for the Freeport area, close to various activities, but it felt a bit crowded with too many guests. The rooms were disappointing; they just felt dirty, especially with loose dirt on the floor, and being close to the noisy elevator on the second floor didn't help at all.
The hotel is conveniently located near FREEPORT outlets, but noise from the I95 could be intrusive at times. The rooms were satisfactory, although the stained carpet was a drawback. The service was inconsistent, with friendly check-in but grumpy staff during the stay. The dining experience was problematic and could not accommodate the crowd. Despite these issues, the hotel needs repairs and better cleaning.
My stay at Quality Suites in Freeport was a mixed experience. The rooms were poorly lit and right next to the noisy interstate highway, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants, but the major peeling paint on the floors was a letdown. The dining options went beyond expectations, but the overly processed food was a downside.
The hotel is conveniently located near the highway with hidden microwaves and mini-fridges in the rooms. However, the rooms have a dusty smell and noise from passing cars can be bothersome at night.
